Holy Trinity has found certain areas and groups that it feels are a focus for its charitable giving. It has worked as a community to expand its ability to benefit others who are struggling.
Where we as a community feel that we do not have the resources corporately to help in ways that we would like to, we would ask you, if you feel that you are able to help monetarily, to supplement what we are able to supply for those who suffer.

Through members of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church who were traveling in Jerusalem, we have established a deep friendship with Fr. Elias Yaghnam. Formerly an Archpriest at the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem, Fr. Elias has retired and is serving part time at a women's convent on the Mount of Olives, at St. Elias Church, as his frail health allows. Fr. Elias is 86. He is deeply concerned with the great poverty and fear that face Palestinian Christians under the current conflict that is raging in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. There are many in his congregations, both from the Holy Sepulcher and the St. Elias communities that are in great need of assistance. Holy Trinity has tried to contribute to their needs monetarily, as can be afforded. Understanding that there is a huge need for assistance, we would ask if you feel that you can help financially in anyway, that you make a donation to Holy Trinity Charities and indicate that your contribution is for Fr. Elias. Money is currently being sent to him on a quarterly basis, with special gifts at Pascha and Nativity.

Holy Trinity CDs is a fund-raising arm working under Holy Trinity Orthodox Church. Its mission is two fold. It creates CDs of Orthodox teaching as well as books on CD which it sells at reasonable price making it's material available to as many as possible. Any monies raised above the needs of the operation go towards charitable ends within the Orthodox Church.
